It's pretty sketchy that when someone gives a product a 1-star rating, their review doesn't show up on the site. They offer a 10% discount for rating your product, so I tried posting three different 1-star reviews, but none of them made it online. I had to give a 5-star rating just to get my feedback visible. I ordered some white block circle contacts, but they never showed up. I received an email saying they were delivered, but I couldn't find them anywhere—not in the mailbox or around my place. I reached out to the customer support email they provided, and they replied once, telling me to contact the shipping courier, but there was no courier info on the tracking page. So, I asked for a refund since it seemed like they were sent to the wrong address. After that, every email I sent was ignored. I tried the chat feature on their site, but I was left hanging for about two days. When I finally got a response, the person was rude and unhelpful, insisting I contact the local post office. They even lied about the return policy, claiming that a refund wasn't an option, and then just dropped the conversation. I went to their Instagram and commented on a post asking for help with my missing order, but they deleted my comment. I also sent them a direct message, and they read it but never replied. It's really troubling to be ignored over a $23 order that never came. I was looking forward to getting my contacts and even buying more from them. It's just disappointing and shady, so I’d recommend steering clear of this company. They seem more interested in covering up their mistakes than in taking care of their unhappy customers.

I went to the in-site chat feature, I was ignored again for about two days (no response) I finally get a response, the person was rude, and wasn't willing to listen, they kept saying to contact the local post office, and they even went as far as to LIE about the return policy saying, "a refund isn't possible". They then completely abandoned the conversation. I went to the business' Instagram, I comment under a post "My order never arrived, can someone help me get a refund please?" the comment was soon DELETED by their company Instagram page, I then sent a DM to the Instagram page, they were opening and reading the messages I was sending, but they never responded. It's really concerning that I am being ignored over a $23 sale that never arrived, it's disappointing because I was really excited to get my contacts and even buy more from this place...smh it's shady so try to avoid buying from these people, they try to hide their mistakes and their pissed off customers, they are not willing to do the right thing, as long as they get the sale.

Shameful Experience - Avoid purchasing from these folks, they’re dishonest!!!!

I’ve reached out to the seller. They claim the item has been sent.
What a fib 🤥 I can’t get any info on the delivery service they used.
They’re not interested in assisting or being of any help.

It took a couple of weeks for my order to arrive, and I didn’t get any updates (the tracking system was also useless). But they finally showed up, and I gotta say, they look really natural. The downside is they don’t fit my eyes quite right and feel a bit uncomfortable. They tend to shift up when I blink, which is kinda annoying.
